Black and White Harris Shutter Effect Pebble Ballancing.
3 colour images, taken in quick succession at the same exposure settings, then desaturated to 1% colour (monochrome to the human eye, colour to the computer). These are then all split into red, green and blue channels and reassembled with red from one, green from the second and blue from the third.
The immobile parts stay monochrome, any movement results in a coloured tinge - particularly about the moving clouds.
